Storms West of Cookeville, TN

While storms are rumbling in sections of northern Middle Tennessee, southern Middle Tennessee, and West Tennessee, we continue to be dry here on the Cumberland Plateau. Most of these thunderstorms will fall apart after sunset.

Alabama has seen it's share once again of STRONG weather. Reports at this hour show strong storms in northwest sections of the neighbor to our south. (Thanks to AlabamaWx)

Our outlook over the next several days as we head into the weekend is for temperatures to be in the mid and upper 80's with no significant opportunites for rain.

I'll post some Independence Day photos in a little while
