station is located on the beautiful
Venice Fishing Pier. We had an opportunity to visit the location of the station and the city of
Venice, FL. My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the
Quarterdeck Resort. We highly recommend this property. The managers were just awesome. The facility was small and quiet. We enjoyed the condo, the pool, and the beach. If you desire accomodations that aren't of the high-rise (packed in like sardines) variety, then the Quarterdeck is your place! I'll post more pictures of the Quarterdeck and the beach later.

Good post...my kids and I were in Venice in 2005. Turtle Beach and Siesta Key beaches were really nice.
