Showers Clearing Area
Most of the showers have now cleared the Cookeville area. Latest radar look is the left.

Some rain showers would be nice down here in West Central FL, unfortunately all we have is the heat and mugginess. Yard is brown & crispy, since we are only allowed to use our well pump for a few hours once a week.
We're hoping that as the week progresses, the sea breezes interacting with the inland heat will send a few showers our way.
Mike, have you seen where a funnel cloud was reported in to the SPC from someone in the city of Baxter? I'm kind of curious and surprised to see and hear of this report. What's your take on the situation?
