Another round of rain has moved in to our area here in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Round 1 came in just before lunchtime and dropped nearly 1-inch (.93) on us and it appears Round 2 is going to be a bit lighter. We've had some strong lightning today along with occasional high winds. No hail has been reported in our immediate area.
A cold front is on our doorstep and is expected to pass through later this evening.
I wouldn't be surprised to see some 2-3 inch rainfall amounts come out of folks in southern sections of Middle Tennessee.
