Many out there are saying "Well, Fay is only a Tropical Storm"...this is a naive and dangerous statement. Tropical Storms can dump as much as 10" of rain and wreak havoc on a community. The winds, while not hurricane force, can still cause damage.
Speaking of Fay, she will make landfall soon...just south of Ft. Meyers.
