* THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING

* WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE IN FROM THE
SOUTHWEST DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND BECOME MORE NUMEROUS
OVERNIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING. THE STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY
DOWNPOURS WITH 2 INCH RAINFALL TOTALS QUITE COMMON...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* THIS RAIN WILL FALL ON GROUND THAT IS ALREADY SATURATED FROM
PREVIOUS RAINS...INCREASING THE RUN OFF POTENTIAL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
