CRAZY LATE MARCH WEATHER: Sometimes we see an early spring snow and today is just one of those days. Temperatures will be cold with highs fighting to reach 40° (some 30° colder than on Saturday). I don't expect much, if any, accumulation of snow. The winds will only add to the cold feel of the day. There is a silver lining in all of this, temperatures will warm quickly with highs reaching to near 60° on Tuesday and 65° by Wednesday.
