JAMESTOWN TO WATERTOWN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
SOME STORMS MAY HAVE WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL.
