A yuck kind of day across the Upper Cumberland and Highlands region of Tennessee as steady rain and chilly temperatures are on tap.
Currently at 5:40 am, we stand at 40 degrees in Cookeville and I expect those temperatures to do nothing but stay steady or drop a degree or so as we go through the rest of today.
Eventually the rains lightens late in the day and we clear overnight with a good chance of early morning fog. Expect Saturday to be chilly, but sunny with highs in the mid 40's while Sunday will be warmer with highs around 50.
