There were quite a few reports of hail on Friday night across the Cookeville and Putnam County area. Most of the hail was in the pea-sized to dime-sized range.
We're looking at chances for rain and thundershowers today with cooler temperatures. Highs expected only in the lower to middle 60's. That will feel quite chilly compared to the last 2 weeks.
Sunday's weather will be sunny and I do expect the sunshine to last through the mid part of next week. Temperatures will be warmer with highs in the 70's.
