The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma is keeping the Cookeville and northern Middle Tennessee area in the HIGH RISK CATEGORY for severe weather for later this afternoon and evening. Nearly all of Tennessee is in the moderate category (which is typically the category we are placed in during normal severe weather events).
